Mingde Culture Press is an Open Access academic publisher dedicated to the publication of scholarly journals and the global dissemination of research. Headquartered in Hong Kong, China, the Press is committed to providing transparent, standards-based, and internationally oriented publishing services for universities, research institutions, academic communities, and independent researchers.

本社出版的期刊均實行完全開放獲取（Open Access）出版模式。所有文章在發表後可由讀者免費訪問、閱讀與下載。作者保留版權，文章依據 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0（CC BY 4.0）許可協議發布，以促進研究成果的合法傳播與再利用。

All journals published by Mingde Culture Press follow a full Open Access model. Articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. Authors retain copyright and articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license.
【同行評審與出版規範】
明德文化出版社旗下期刊均實行嚴格的同行評審制度（peer review），遵循國際學術出版倫理規範。出版社對學術不端行爲採取零容忍政策，所有稿件在發表前均進行學術規範審查。對於已發表論文，如發現存在嚴重學術不端或倫理問題，期刊將依據出版倫理政策進行更正或撤稿處理。
Peer Review and Publication Ethics
All journals published by Mingde Culture Press implement a rigorous peer review process and adhere to internationally recognized publication ethics standards. The Press maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward academic misconduct. Submitted manuscripts undergo academic integrity screening prior to publication. In cases of confirmed ethical violations, appropriate corrections or retractions will be issued in accordance with publishing ethics policies.

出版社重視學術內容的數字化傳播與國際可發現性建設。期刊文章均配備標準化元數據與 DOI 標識，並通過學術搜索引擎與學術發現平臺進行傳播與索引支持，以提升研究成果的全球可見性與學術影響力。
Digital Publishing and Discoverability
Mingde Culture Press emphasizes digital dissemination and global discoverability. Articles are assigned DOIs and enriched with standardized metadata to support indexing and discovery through major scholarly search and aggregation systems.
