一、About the Journal（期刊介紹）

《人文社科與技術》（Humanities, Social Sciences & Technology）是由明德文化出版社出版的同行評審（peer-reviewed）開放獲取（Open Access）學術期刊，採用雙月刊出版制度，每年發行六期。期刊致力於推動人文學科、社會科學與技術研究之間的跨學科對話，關注歷史傳統與當代社會轉型之間的學術連接。

期刊主要涵蓋三個研究領域：（1）人文科學，包括文學、歷史、哲學、語言與藝術研究；（2）社會科學，包括政治、法律、經濟、教育與社會治理；（3）人文社科 × 技術研究，重點關注人工智能與數字技術對文化、制度與社會生活的影響。

本刊旨在為全球學者提供一個開放、規範與跨學科的學術交流平台，促進高質量研究成果的國際傳播。

Humanities, Social Sciences & Technology is a peer-reviewed Open Access scholarly journal published bimonthly by Mingde Culture Press, issuing six issues per year. The journal promotes interdisciplinary research across the humanities, social sciences, and technology studies, with particular attention to the relationship between historical traditions and contemporary social transformations.

The journal covers three main areas: (1) Humanities, including literature, history, philosophy, language, and arts; (2) Social Sciences, including politics, law, economics, education, and social governance; and (3) Humanities & Social Sciences × Technology, focusing on the societal and cultural implications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

The journal aims to provide an open and international platform for scholarly communication and the dissemination of high-quality interdisciplinary research.

二、Open Access Policy（開放獲取政策）

本刊採用完全開放獲取（Open Access）出版模式。所有文章在發表後可免費閱讀、下載與傳播。作者保留文章版權，文章依據 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0（CC BY 4.0）許可協議發表，允許在適當引用來源的前提下進行共享與再利用。

This journal follows a full Open Access publishing model. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. Authors retain copyright and articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited.

三、Peer Review Policy（同行評審）

本刊採用嚴格的同行評審制度。所有投稿稿件在進入正式評審程序前將由編輯部進行初步審查，以確保其符合期刊的研究範圍與學術標準。通過初審的稿件將送交相關領域專家進行匿名同行評審。評審意見將作為編輯部最終錄用與修改決策的重要依據。

All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial office for relevance to the journal’s scope and basic academic standards. Submissions that pass the initial screening are sent to independent reviewers for anonymous peer review. Editorial decisions are made based on reviewers’ evaluations and recommendations.

四、Publication Ethics（出版倫理）

本刊遵循國際學術出版倫理與學術誠信原則。對抄襲、數據造假、重複發表等學術不端行為採取零容忍政策。若已發表文章被確認存在嚴重學術倫理問題，期刊將依據相關出版倫理規範進行更正或撤稿處理。

The journal adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. Academic misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate publication, is strictly prohibited. In cases where ethical violations are confirmed, the journal may issue corrections or retractions in accordance with publication ethics guidelines.

作者保留其文章的版權。文章在 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0（CC BY 4.0）許可協議下發表，允許在適當引用來源的情況下進行分享與再利用。

六、Archiving Policy（數字存檔）

本刊重視學術內容的長期保存與可持續訪問，支持通過數字存檔系統對期刊內容進行保存，以確保學術成果的長期可獲取性。

The journal supports long-term digital preservation of its content through recognized archiving systems to ensure permanent accessibility of scholarly publications.

七、Author Identification（作者標識）

本刊鼓勵作者提供 ORCID 標識，以確保作者身份的準確識別。作者貢獻說明遵循 CRediT（Contributor Roles Taxonomy）標準。

Authors are encouraged to provide ORCID identifiers to ensure accurate author identification. Author contributions follow the CRediT taxonomy.
