文章處理費(Article Processing Charges, APC)
明德文化出版社（Mingde Culture Press, 簡稱MCP）所有期刊發表的論文均是完全開源的（Open Access），在此平臺上的文章均可提供給所有人免費閱讀、下載和傳播。
MCP沒有任何收益來自文章的出版發行，也不通過文章訪問或訂閱獲得收入。爲了支持期刊的正常運營與學術出版流程，本刊通過收取 文章處理費（Article Processing Charges, APC） 資助出版，包括同行評審管理、編輯與排版、數字出版、DOI 注冊以及期刊網站維護等，以保障期刊正常運行的低標準收取APC。
- APC 僅在稿件 被正式錄用後 收取；
- 投稿與審稿過程 不收取任何費用；
- 若稿件未被錄用，作者 無需支付任何費用。
All articles published in journals by Mingde Culture Press (MCP) are fully Open Access. Articles published on this platform are freely available for anyone to read, download, and share.
MCP does not generate revenue from article publication or distribution, nor from article access or subscriptions. To support the normal operation of the journal and the scholarly publishing process, the journal charges Article Processing Charges (APC) to fund publication activities. These charges cover publication-related costs, including peer review management, editorial and typesetting services, digital publication, DOI registration, and journal website maintenance. The APC is set at a modest level to ensure the sustainable operation of the journal.
- APCs are charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
- There are no submission or review fees.
- If a manuscript is rejected, no fees will be charged.
Starting January 1, 2026, manuscripts submitted to and accepted by Humanities, Social Sciences & Technology will be subject to an APC of: RMB 500 per article (or equivalent in USD)
