数字赋能下郴州市智慧农业的发展探索与优化策略

在数字技术深度融入农业全产业链的背景下，智慧农业已成为培育农业新质生产力、推动乡村振兴的核心引擎。本文以郴州市智慧农业发展为研究对象，通过系统梳理其在项目储备、试点示范、产业融合等方面的实践成效，深入剖析当前面临的投入成本高、人才技术短缺、政策体系不完善等瓶颈问题，并从资金投入、试点扩容、人才培育、政策优化四个维度提出具有针对性和可操作性的优化路径。研究表明，郴州市通过体系化项目布局、标杆化试点打造、全链条技术渗透，已形成多领域、多层次的智慧农业发展格局，其经验可为中西部地区智慧农业推广提供重要参考，而破解资金、人才与政策难题是推动智慧农业高质量发展的关键所在。
