生态引领，振翅高飞：桂东县千年鸟道生态保护与经济协同发展的路径研究

桂东千年鸟道作为东亚-澳大利西亚候鸟迁徙路线上至关重要的生态隘口，其保护与区域经济发展的协调问题，是检验“绿水青山就是金山银山”理论实践成效的关键场域。本文立足于中国式现代化背景下“人与自然和谐共生”的根本要求，深入剖析了桂东千年鸟道面临的生态保护刚性约束与区域发展诉求之间的现实张力。研究认为，传统的“保护-发展”二元对立模式已难以为继，必须转向以生态引领为核心的协同共进新范式，系统构建生态保护与经济发展五位一体的协同发展的实践路径。本研究旨在为桂东实现从“生态守护者”到“绿色发展引领者”的蝶变提供理论支撑与行动指南，也为全球同类生态敏感区域的可持续发展提供“中国方案”。
