本文选取拉赫玛尼诺夫《第二钢琴协奏曲》第一乐章为具体研究对象，在简要概述作曲家拉赫玛尼诺夫的艺术成就，并梳理《第二钢琴协奏曲》创作背景的前提下，从和弦的纵向结构、和弦的横向序进、调性扩张的和声手法、复调技法分析以及和声的织体解析等六个方面的和声技法进行剖析，进而探究拉赫玛尼诺夫既有继承也有创新的和声观念，以期为同类研究做参考。
