English abbreviations should be followed by their full English names and Chinese equivalents upon first mention, with abbreviations permitted thereafter. For example: 聯合國 (United Nations, UN). For established abbreviations, adhere to conventional usage (e.g., U.S. for United States). For abbreviations without established conventions, follow relevant abbreviation standards. English abbreviations are generally not permitted in Chinese or English titles; full English terms must be provided.

In exceptional circumstances, traditional Chinese measurement units may be used where necessary, e.g., mu. When specifying units, avoid mixing full forms with abbreviations. Generally, insert a single space between numerical values and units, e.g., 50 cm and 60 g. However, no space is required by convention for degrees, degrees Celsius, and percentages, e.g., 250℃, 10%, 30˚.
17. Image specifications must be clear. Colour images should be 300 dpi or higher; greyscale images 600 dpi or higher. Text within images is not subject to specific restrictions, but fonts must be accurately recognisable at 100% page view (generally no smaller than 8pt). Numerals and English letters within images must use Times New Roman. Particular attention must be paid to capitalisation of initial letters in English text appearing within images. Images should be centred and embedded within the text.
18. Tables within the text should generally employ a three-line format.
